Unfair charges

We run a small backpackers hostel and suffering enormously during the last 7 months during Covid-19 with the closed borders. We wrote to SiteMinder and requested that they should not charge full rates during this period as we have no income coming in and bookings. They offer some discount for one period but now they started charging full rates again when we are down to one paying customer. This is not fair and we are very unhappy about it. We survive on JobKeeper.
