My TV was fixed with a quick turnaround. Staff were friendly and kept me informed. I Would definitely recommend and use them again for any future repairs. Keep up the good work Proside.

My sound system was on the fritz and Proside were able to repair it quicker than I thought. Very happy with the customer service, totally recommend.

Very happy! Thought I'd be shelling out thousands for a new TV after my LCD started displaying black lines. Proside were able to fix it for me for a decent price and even organised pickup and delivery. Would recommend.

Totally disappointing in the repair of my mother's Samsung TV. What a waste of time. Delays, delays, delays which caused my elderly mother stress she didn't need. Had to call Samsung myself on my mother's behalf and you can imaging how hard it was to get them to accept my call. Proside = no help at all. Be prepared to do it the hard way if you use this company or buy a Samsung product.

Most unprofessional organisation i have ever dealt with. Was refered to them by panasonic. Despite getting ok from panasonic that they will pay proside for repair (in writing 5 weeks ago) they will not release tv until i pay full amount. Apparently the issue is over a $200 part that they want panasonic to take back and so using me as a pawn to get it done. I have actually paid them for the part already and despite me telling them that they can refund me once they sort out with panasonic,they still wont release unit. Work that out! Now going to refer to consumer affairs.
