A-A Shed City

I had lots of troubles with my planning permit because i needed a big shed for my family who just moved here. Shed city helped me with this for free and for this i have many thanks. Was very hard to find a place that was as well made and cheap as shed city

Really enjoyed my experience at Shed City. I knew throughout the whole process that I was talking to real people and getting a very well made Shed. Although at other places they assured me they would get it out very quickly, for Shed Citys price and quite frankly their much much better costumer service, I had no doubts in my mind to make my order through them! I rang this morning to get a quote for a garden shed and whilst the receptionist was helpful, she was a bit on the rude side and couldn't wait to get rid of me once we established that this business was not suitable for us.

Very poor customer service, told that the shed would be delivered in 4 weeks, still waiting 7 weeks later. The staff make promises to call you back and do not, also keep you on hold for up to 15 minutes. I am not sure if I will get the shed and they take 40 % when you order the shed, expect full payment prior to a so called delivery. I suggest that you should check the shed before you pay! Also I read other reviews and hve seen the same poor customer service!
