SOS Removals

SOS made the quoting process difficult by providing as little information as possible, especially regarding insurance. They then gouged us on the price of their storage by using the volume quoted for removal rather than what they eventually stored, unconscionably quoting on 5 modules but only needing to store 4, resulting in a 25% greater price. Despite appealing to their sense of fairness they kept overcharging for 7 months, resulting $500 extra. The guys who loaded/unloaded our furniture were fantastic but the Managing Director was less than accommodating. They say fish rots from the head. Definitely not recommended.
