Krusty Kob

I bought a birthday cake for my 8YO. Once we cut it up we discovered it was mouldy. Took it back...they looked through the cake like there was nothing wrong. Then she had the cheek to say that half was ok because it had no mould in it.!!!!

Communication could use major improvement here, However, I picked a caked that was beautifully decorated and tasted great, The best thing about it was the price. I paid for a big cake $35! There was not much choice, in already made cakes for my particular event but found a reasonable cake to do the job. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends on a budget, just as a friend had done for me. All those that actually bother to leave a review are disgruntled customers, were as the happy ones don't bother. I believe I have criticized this cake and business fairly, pointing out the flaws an the positives, on another note, the cake was packaged correctly where I could keep it safe during transportation.

My sister in law ordered a White first Communion cake for my niece tomorrow. She picked up the chocolate mud cake today and when she explained its supposed to be a white cake they told her there is nothing they can do and charged her full price. I would not recommend anyone going here
