He inspected twice but never came back to do the job; yet told us he will be in touch to arrange a time once he got the necessary parts. Obviously, he had no idea how to tackle the bad reception, or where to position the antenna. After wasting a month waiting for his call, we had a professional installer do the job in two hours with a 100% reception achieved by simply replacing the old antenna and booster. A regrettable experience dealing with such an unethical and unprofessional business. Avoid.
