Poor workmanship and abhorrent display of todays low standards. Valley Air Conditioning carried out a poor install on our home. Please – check behind the covers and in the roof if you have had or will have careless apprentices like I did from Valley Air, conduct any work on your home.
- BRICK WORK BUTCHERED. Excessively large rectangular holes drilled through brickwork and in eaves. Valley do not use circular masonry hole saws according to K****n the GM despite the Daiken manual instructing to use a hole saw. One hole so large, the cover channel did not cover the hole.
- FALSE ADVERTISING, All electrical work carried out by UNQUALIFIED ELECTRICIANS except for the connection to the main power box. The electrician who did this was outsourced and not part of Valley. Valley states on their website “we make it priority to specialize in first-class electrical services”. If it’s a priority, why outsource it and why have apprentices carry out ANY electrical work without the supervision of a qualified electrician? And as a consequence, see below:
- WIRING INSIDE ROOF REWORKED by J*e another UNQUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN the next day against our will. After arriving unannounced under the guise to supposedly reposition a roof tile that was “forgotten”, he had started work inside the roof cutting power cables from units to powerbox leaving them now segmented. Reason being “tidiness”. Inside the roof?? If for tidiness why then was the insulation left a mess up there? After my wife spotted him running meters of new cabling out the van without him explaining anything, I had to speak with him on the phone asking what he was doing and if he was qualified. Upon J*e answering no, I re-iterated for the second time that day – DO NOT PROCEED WITH ANY FURTHER WORK UNTIL I SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. J*e still proceeded to carry out the rework of the wiring. Despite trying to contact K*****n multiple times that morning and her already being in contact with J*e, she did not return my call until 5 hours later, the same hour J*e left our house thinking all issues would be fixed prior to call
- ROOF INSULATION LEFT AN ABSOLUTE MESS, piled up and thrown around not repositioned where it was before the install
- NO RESPECT FOR EXISTING PROPERTY. Existing external unit used as a bench, seat and drilling rest. Extension panel of fence stood on by B*n and now bowed . A**x climbed over our front gate as a joke. CCTV showed large chunk of brick nearly missing the unit as brick was chiselled out from inside. Existing cabling trodden on and bent in roof
- OVERCHARGED $200 for an electrical box component not quoted for by T****s in initial quotation and site visit. Electrical box not even inspected. Money still not refunded despite K*****n agreeing it should not have been charged
- LIED TO ABOUT QUALIFIED TRADESMAN and an apprentice carrying out install. No qualified tradesman was present on the day of the install. J*e & K*****n confirming A**x & B*n as apprentices when asked. As a consequence, half a days rework carried out by J*e the next day against our will
- IMMATURE & CARELESS APPRENTICES on their mobile phones constantly and their minds obviously not on the job. A**x & B*n fooling around with each other on our driveway and in public view with A**x running across and dancing on the road like an idiot. Absolutely embarrassed to have these two fools on my property. B*n abrupt and rude whenever my wife and I had any questions
- INITIAL PLAN OF TRUNKING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what was discussed with T****s on the site visit. Thomas proposed a much neater plan which was not followed by A**x & B*n.
- COVER PANEL CHANNELS AND COVERS CUT ATTROCIOUSLY exposed visible sharp, jagged edges around molding and poorly cut channel covers that all had to be reworked
- INTERNAL UNIT NOT MOUNTED CENTRAL TO WALL AS REQUESTED AND NOT LEVEL
- PLASTIC RUBBISH BAG LEFT AS A “SEAL” in hole in eave after being told they use silicon to seal all holes.

Stella effort from the install guys today.
This is my 2nd split system installed by valley air conditioning and once again was a pleasure to work with. easy to deal with, great competitive prices and premium quality all round.
Highly recommend.

From the first visit for a quote to the install of my ducted air conditioning I was most impressed by the sales team and the young team of installers. They kept in contact with me at all times by mobile and always promptly arrived on time when I was expecting them.
They worked throughout the day, with a break for lunch. Used drop sheets and vacuumed at the finish of the job. Very clean and tidy.
The young ladies in the office were more than helpful too.

I had Valley Air Conditioning come out to quote on a split system for our kitchen area. From first call to the office to the sales man coming out through to the tradesman doing our install they where great. Valley Air Conditioning has changed my opinion of trades people as they where on time, nothing was a hassle and they cleaned up after them self. I gave them a 10/10 on there review form at the end of the install.
I'm very happy with our new Fujitsu split and would recommend them any time.
