We've had 2 cars in for major repairs a manual and an automatic and We've had to source our own parts then wait 4 weeks for hime to even start the motor change over in one and transmission changeover in the other. He wouldn't even finish the job for the transmission and told us to take it to another local mechanic. If you have plenty of money or are a friend then you'll possibly get good service. However leaving us without a car for 8 weeks the first time was unacceptable and 4 weeks the second then passing the job on was a joke. He listens to local gossip so don't cross his friends!
