Our body corp recommended contacting J&E as our building's preferred locksmith when our mailbox lock was broken. He initially responded immediately, saying he'd go around to the place and check it out. After a number of follow-ups he just stopped replying to me altogether. Now over 1 month without access to my mail, so had to contact someone else who has organised to fix it immediately for me. Wouldn't recommend J&E!

Had a problem with a broken key in my front door. Jimmy fixed it without problem or delay and at a great price.
