Our Miele dryer is not working properly and it has a sensor problem. We contacted Jervis Bay Appliances and they confirmed that they were able to fix Miele products. Andrew, the owner is a very rude and nervous person that he had big difficulty to find our house. He went to two different places before he found our house!
He was not able to fix any problem and he did not send an invoice or report, he just wanted to get paid over the phone. When I called Miele, we found it out that he is not qualified to write any report.
