I would like to say, that Ed's PC's staff members are a wonderful bunch of people.
They are very helpful, friendly and accommodating, every time I have been in there, no task is too big.
I will recommend them every time.

Excellent service from these guys. Had a laptop repaired one day and was so impressed I then purchased a new computer from them. Very quick service and economical rates. He also has a very prompt home service. Will not go anywhere else in future.

After having some phone and computer problems, I searched around for prices and how quickly they would be fixed (as my job relied on them). After calling Jack at Ed's Pc's Toombul, he gave me the best price with the fastest turn around. I never knew how easy it was to get things organised with exceptional customer service (even though I felt like I was the biggest pain).
I will definitely go there again and refer anyone there.

I found the customer service excellent, it made my choice of a new computer easy to choose. The option i went with was set up for me and ready to go the very next day. I now have a very good computer and all my devices set up at home thanks to the team of Ed's Pc's Toombul. I was also very happy with the money i had spent, well under what i had to budget with. i will be keeping this store as my Go to in the future.

terrible experience. If you do use them, get everything in writing but even then be prepared for them to change the agreed terms and price later even if you made what you wanted very clear from the beginning. Im now left with the computer i wanted but not the extra warranty i specified as part of my purchase requirements and part of the original quote. Would not buy from them again.

Tower was making a strange noise, took it in on the Saturday, they called back Saturday afternoon to say it would be ready on Sunday morning, everything went well and they did it for a cheap price, brilliant service. Anthony W.
