They operate out of an illegal residence and spend their time harassing their disabled neighbours by teasing and laughing at their circumstances. The male owner then records anything the person responds with and complaining constantly to facs in an attempt to have only disabled neighbours evicted. He backs it up with nuisance calls to the police. Disabled people seem to get on his nerves by their existence.
