It will be my pleasure to be the first to review for the Sleep Apnoea Clinic here at Scotts St., Pharmacy.

I am still trialling a machine but the service I have had has been nothing short of brilliant.

I have been looked after by Dee and she is a gem. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has calmed my anxieties in no time flat.

Take today for instance. I was to take my machine, of which I have not been charged any rental fee to trial, back next Thursday but found I could not arrange transport for next week. Living in the country can pose unexpected problems at times.

However, one phone call to the lovely Dee and all was solved. No worries, just being it back in the next week, was her reply. I ask you, where can you get service like that?

It is because of this service, where the customer comes first and not the money, plus the genuine care shown by the staff, that I am going to purchase my machine through this centre.

One other piece of info. I would like to share. Had I heard about Scotts St., before I went to the other Sleep Apnoea Clinic in Toowoomba, I would not have had to pay any excess to my health fund, as a overnight hospital stay is not necessary through Scotts Street, and all other charges are bulk billed.
