Worked with tradesmen my whole life, i know scammers when i see them.

Pretended to know stuff all about a house electrical issue involving a safety switch. They were quick to arrive, told me everything was non compliant (a lie) and they'd have to do a job roughly 1000$ (twice the average quoted price)

Then when i told them to not do any work and leave he told me "yeah still have to charge you 160$ call out fee"

Stay away at all costs.

Josh presents as a friendly, articulate and professional tradesman. He offers excellent assistance and advice concerning the work to be undertaken. Josh is punctual, respectful and shows pride in the work he does. His prices are fair and reasonable. Definitely highly recommended!

Had Josh come out and do a quote for me, the quote from Josh was the most expensive out of the three quotes from the three electricians that I got. I gave him the go ahead because he was highly recommended by a friend, after I gave the go ahead, he emailed me to tell me that he had miss quoted and it would be an extra $900.00. I contacted him about the quote, he then requoted with an extra $500.00. Never will I recommend him or use him.

Josh replied quickly to my request for a quote, which he also provided quickly , turned up and carried out the work exactly as needed. Explained everything well and clearly. A great communicator and an excellent electrician. Highly recommended.

Upon receiving their Invoice I questioned their charges only to be advised by them that with every job they go to they charge travel to the site and away from the site. I am happy to pay for travel to my job but believe that travel to the next job is not my charge and is charged to the next job as well. They have refused to adjust what I believe as double padding.

I am fairly new to Toowoomba and didnt have any contacts for Tradesmen. My daughters neighbour was renovating and we needed an electeician at the time. I asked Josh if he would have the time to call over and quote me for some electrical work that needed to be attended to at my daughters house........thank goodness I requested this young man Josh to quote us as not only are his work ethics of a very high standard along with his work performance but he is an absoloute pleasure to have in your home.

Josh is honest fair and kind always going above and beyond the scope of work with which you have engaged him to perform. You can emphatically trust Josh and we have left him the house keys before so Josh is able to enter the property when we aren't able to be there.

Josh is very fair in his costings and always has the local community on his mind when quoting. He is a local and has grown up in Toowoomba and has a vast knowledge of Toowoomba. If you ask Josh to perform work at short notice he will go out of his way to try to accomadate you in obtaining a time that suits everyone nothing is too much trouble for Josh Web.

I cannot express enough in words.......that I would highly reccomend Josh to anyone whether it be in the Private sector or Commercial sector to perform any scope of work that may require an electrician.
