Otis lifts are not reliable. My Machine Number is R009140 .Company charge about Rs70,000 yearly as Mantenance fee.But do not provide good service at all.At the time of complaint they assure that their engineer will visit within 2hrs. And i made my complaint in morning at 8 o'clock. My Complaint Number was 244515627. Their Engineers visited the site at 8:00 P.M. My lift was not working for the whole day and i know how much trouble my family has faced.The lift Panel of My 3rd floor is also not working properly from the last 1 Month.For that i have complaint many of the times but their is no proper response from them.
Many a time when their is electric break down the lift gets struck in between and the person inside the lift also suffers a lot their is no proper backup in the lift in case of electricity break down. I would not recommend anyone to install OTIS lift in future.These Lifts are so expensive but their service and quality is not good at all.They only make fake promises and always cheat their customers . At the time of installation and booking they make so many promises but hardly fulfill any. The worst lift that i have ever used is OTIS. Its totally waste of money to install OTIS lift . Emergency Phone is still not attached to my LIFT.
If the strict action is not taken by OTIS I shall be liable to change to my lift.

Otis is the worst escalators Company.I am using this lift for last 1 year and believe me it is so unreliable that it may stop working any time.It get hanged and i have to register a complaint atleast twice a week.their engineer visit and rectify the problem but with in next 20 days the same problem occurs.Seriously I think if i would have to face these kind of problems than i would have choosen a local lift.so, i suggest u must never choose this company if u are planning tob have an escelator/lift in your house or office.
