Robert Ratcliffe painted our 100 year old home a couple of years go and now the paint is lifting off. He used acrylic paints on existing oil based paint as well as scratching all our windows because of the all the overpainting and denies everything. and to top it off he won't even come back to have a look at his shocking work and make amends. Keep away from this painter.
