Toronto Doctors

Short to the point of being just plain rude. Given wrong information about accessing images. Met by receptionist eating while serving then had the manager take over who was just nasty. Rang back later asked to leave a message for doc to call but refused as she needed to know the details. No patient doctor confidentiality. Eventually I was pushed by her so I said to make a complaint about her and would like to speak to a supervisor, she replied I am the manager then refused to pass on and just hung up

These two staff are crippling this business. There were three people waiting so not overly busy or rushed.

A little girl was bleeding and crying in front of the receptionist who basically ignored her and her mum.

Incredibly rude people

The doctor was nice but will not go back again
