Called up to speak with a manager and she turns round and asks " well what for" in an abrupt and rude manner. I explained what I was calling for to which she replied again "well what makes you think he'd wan to speak to you" How rude??? If this is how youre spoken to by reception, the simplest job on the planet then I wonder what their quality of work is like.
