Can not get to speak to anybody all options on the TNT phone system are irrelevant to my complaints . All quotes for Freight no where near what the invoices are . They are all loaded up

Most frustrating system I've ever dealt with. Parcel not delivered and can't get any information on where the parcel is? Can't find out how to contact local company who is supposed to be delivering the parcel.

I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO A PERSON TO CHECK WHY I CAN'T COLLECT MY PARCEL TODAY AS AN OPTION. THE AUTOMATED PHONE SYTEM DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS OPTION. Long way to drive if I can't collect having missed a delivery while on hols. Seriously frustrating phone set up. C'mon TNT. If this is cost cutting, I hate it. If this is an oversight, it's a biggie. I have questions. I want to speak to a consultant to get answers. No local number is available.
