Damien & Kirsty lead a great team using a systemised approach to selling.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience engaging with Keyes & Co whilst selling my home with them. The market appraisal they provided withered away after a month when they werent able to get an offer through. They started to criticise the presentation of the house, the garden when it was fine and feedback from people coming through the house did not suggest any issues with the presentation. Matt also proved that he doesnt act in the interest of the vendor and on several occasions I had given him instructions and he would not listen. He is also unwilling to negotiate to a prospective buyer, and found that a showerhead that was perfectly functioning had to be replaced because the buyer didnt like it, when it cost $20 from the hardware store. All in all, they suck and I wouldnt recommend Keyes & Co to any body in Townsville if you were trying to find an agent to represent you in a sale. Very very regretful that I did and a disgraceful, unprofessional conduct
