Well organised and caring.

TPC Has been a life saver for our family. After three years of trying to get help for my husband from other services. The TPC has been worth every dollar spent. Staff are caring and compassionate. Facilities are comfortable great.

Had great care

Dr Hay is amazing. I had no problems with staff. Medication delivery was fine. Was a clean environment. Food was good. I felt comfortable in TPC

Just go somewhere else

The staff are so careless and rude. I’ve had staff roll their eyes at me and laugh at me when I’ve discussed that they’re making my suicidal thoughts worse. They forget to get your medication charts and always get your medication late, one day I didn’t get my anti depressant (which is supposed to be taken in the morning) until the afternoon because they were so unorganised. The nurses (95%) generally are just there to make their money and go home. Honestly look into other places if you want to get well. This place does not help.

If you're not a vet, forget being admitted

One of my friends spent 3 months trying to get into this clinic for treatment. This clinic does not answer calls or will promise to call and never end up doing it. They also have so many hoops for you to jump through it isn't even funny. Have given up trying to admit my friend and am doing their job trying to keep her alive through other means.

It seems that the only clients that do not get this unfair and cruel treatment are war veterans. This has been a complaint voiced by MULTIPLE ex-patients regarding this clinic. The government also pays a LOT for war vets to be treated. Only war vets matter to this clinic. If it will only cost a measly $900 a day to treat you than you are not worth their time.
