Made a mistake with applying the colour tint to area in lounge room leaving big noticeable marks on a section of floor. Notified Glen on 30 Dec and still waiting for it to be fixed. He told us to put a rug over it. Now after being chased up on and off for months have a date to fix it in July. 7 months to fix his mistake is a long time.
