Iv never met a bunch of unenthusiastic people in a shop as this,,customer service is such a nuisance for them,,unfortunately there fish don't survive well after leaving the shop,,if they sell u the wrong thing they do not give refunds even if they don't stock what u need,,I went to purchase sponges for my fish filter,,after the big sigh of having to go n find some I questioned there size as they looked to small,,where I was told rather abruptly they only come in one size,,surprise surprise when I got home they didn't fit,,upon taking them back the girl continued to argue that they should be the right size I asked for a refund to which I was told they don't do,,unfortunately I needed to purchase the sponges from elsewhere after explaining my situation the shop attendant became very rude slamming things around on the counter I noticed there shop is for sale ,,I really wish some nice caring people would buy it n save those animals in there ,,very disappointed
