iDyno Performance Tuning

If I could give this business a 0 rating I would ... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my supra into this shop in dec 2014 to get my engine build done .. I was asked to pay half the amount up front as the business owner "Brent" didn't have enough to pay for parts .. so I put up the 11k for parts I was told my car would be ready in 3-6months .. one year later it's still not done I have lost count on how many times I have called them and then not answering the phone because of caller id and when I call on private number it just gets ignored.. fast forward another year and I demanded my money back as still my car wasn't complete .. I was told countless times the money would be refunded .. it never was .. fast forward another 6 months and I have taken it to court and won because the owner didn't show up .. but regardless I would of won anyways with all the evidence I had .. he was ordered to pay me the full amount plus interest.. which he never did .. I am now implementing a garnish order for the money! This business is extremely unreliable.. and untrustworthy! The owner Brent is nothing more than a scammer!

Brent and his business iDyno are a descrase to the automotive industry his business name says it all idyno ( i don't know ) he needed my car for 1 week for spealist tuning then put it in the to hard basket took 3 MONTHS and a few heated arguments before he bothered to ship car back and only after legal action was theratened his costomer service is by far the worst i have ever seen and his attitude towards his costomers is apalling its no wonder people don't trust the automotive industry my advice to anyone looking at this business is to stay as far away from him and find a better mechanic with better costomer service and better attitude

Brent the owner is the most dishonest mechanic I've ever dealt with. I paid a $4000 deposit and in 12 months he never did a thing but spend my money and tow my car to one of his mates to sit and collect dust. He has made no effort to repay my money even after being ordered to do so by the NSW civil tribunal.
