Normally I dislike writing reviews, unless I have had either a great experience or terrible experience. I haven't even dealt with this company but their actions have been extremely detrimental. For some reason this company seems to think it's alright to post constantly on Gumtree stating they are in every suburb in Australia, so trying to find actual second hand local dexion beams has been nearly impossible as this company has hundreds of listings in Tasmania when they're based in NSW. When I reached out to clarify where they are located I never received a response, yet I noticed more ads had been posted. Unfortunately gumtree do not seem to care even though i'd assume this is probably a breach in their rules. Either way, from their actions, poor correspondence and all the other reviews I have read this company needs to be closed down.

Can't even get a simple call or a email reply that could resolve a simple issue.

Terrible company. Ordered 85 mesh shelves and got delivered 72 of what I ordered and 13 of a wrong size. Emailed them about the issue and after a month with no response a guy shows up to swap only 10. And believe or

not they were also wrong!!!!!!! Called a couple times and emailed over 10 times with no response.

They have no idea what they are doing.

Rack arrived and appears to have been submerged in flood water, bent, rusty, dirty & wet, would not take our phone calls, refused to refund, would not let me speak, disregards Australian consumer law, the company should be shutdown. Legal action underway!

Wish id read the reviews before purchase. Bought a work bench, delivered damage. I contacted straight and after 5 emails and 3 phone calls, I've just been ignored. Had to raise credit card dispute. Very quick to take your money zero customer service. Avoid.

Update AFTER I post a NEGATIVE Google review. You have failed to reply to any call or email. You did not take my call (always on the phone!). passed messages. You promised to reply twice but have failed to do so. Its a Very simple fix but you want to make it complicated. It seems from all the other Google reviews its a common issue.

You have been warned, this company sells bad product and don't have any after sale service. You'll end up on court

Would not recommend this company. I got told my pallet racking would take 8 weeks to me made to size, its been 12 weeks now and the owner of the business said maybe another four. I have called every week since the 8 week mark and every week he keeps putting it back 2 weeks. He is very rude & not apologetic at all. Never returns phone calls or gives me a update. I asked him to forward me the email saying when there estimate time its due in & he said he can't. I asked for a refunded after I paid him the whole amount upfront he said no and hung up the phone. I have now lost 4 weeks of work in my business & I can't even go somewhere else because he got my money. ***** Wouldn't not recommend this business at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! ******
