Pro-Matic Transmissions

After nearly six mths waiting for my transmission to be rebuilt the wrong valve body was installed. Since the diagnosis & admission that the wrong valve body was installed before Xmas 2021 John said he would get onto the correct replacement valve body.

Despite repeated calls, voicemails & texts with no reply John finally answered a landline call saying he is waiting on parts & will call me the next day but I did not receive a call.

I have given up on Pro-Matic & am dealing with the supplier direct which means I will need to engage the services of another repairer.
