Tullamarine Service Centre

I highly recommend avoiding the Tullamarine Service Centre at all costs. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude, with zero manners or professionalism. No smile, no attempt to be helpful—just a completely horrendous attitude. It’s hard to believe that this level of disrespect is allowed in a customer service role. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this place. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I have had two of my car's here in the last 2 weeks amazing service very friendly and great pricing he is very upfront with pricing and trying to get the best price he can for you

They told me I have no choice but to accept any extra part they want to change and have to pay extra for them. This is clearly against consumer laws. I did not do business with them
