i go crazy on ordering online,spend more than 15mins n still loading the orders, once we get it n confirmed the orders, the message tell us that is not successful due to the payment, even if we choose the cash payments in store in the dialogue box, how annoying, then we hv to do it again n again, still hv the same message stating not successful, finally the order confirmed,as soon as we finish ordering, I ve got a call from the store abusing n accusing me that I had ordered 5 of the same order, which i didnt. I had explained b/c of their pizzahut program making this trouble n they just keep blaming on me that I had done the wrong thing causing them trouble, so rude!! why they trust that stupid program instead their loyal customer? Did they need to abuse customer instead spend less than a min to think maybe this customer really tell the truth? Why this customer play them up? Since this time, I decided I buy pizza base n cook myself for the kids, It is too much a trouble to order instead of cooking, i had deleted the stupid program, it is wasting my time n memory space , so disappointed .
