Tweed Day Surgery

I realise that they can do anything to help me ,but I feel that I must y



I realise that nothing can be done for me but I feel that I must complain .

My doctor sent me to you as I was having a lot of back pain.

I was given an injection in my spine, which I was told would ease the pain.

Instead it didn’t help with the pain, but paralysed my right leg.

I don’t know the name of the doctor,but I don’t think he should be allowed to inflict more pain
