Extremely overpriced. Didn't seem interested in having work done by them. Seem arrogant and indifferent.
Quote to exchange a cylinder head was twice that of a highly recommended mechanic.
Had I read the review here first I wouldn't have considered them.

Poor customer service and unprofessional. I had a very frightening experience driving along the highway with a loud cluncking noise in the motor, called RACQ and was told the engine mount had been left off after work at Alden Automotives. When I called the business to inform them of what had happen there was a major lack of concern with no attempt at an apology and there was no acknowledgment of such a big and life threatening mistake made by the mechanic.
