Very thorough.. I was very impressed with Johns workmanship as I am fastidious. John was quite knowledgeable and he could answer all my queries that I threw at him. He explained to me "things" I was not aware of like the possible build up of bacteria in the a/c system and why the air from the a/c had a slightly musty odour that I had become accustomed to. WOW! what a difference the service made.I am now breathing clean air and I am not sneezing. John arrived right on time and he even managed to have a cup of coffee with me as he kept working. I live in a retirement village and I know he will get a lot of work from the other retirees here. Good luck. You deserve it. Ray

We initially had an older type Air Con (in wall) conditioned and sanitised, and were so impressed with the improvement in air flow,
and the consequential improved heat distribution, that we immediately booked with Sanitair Port Stephens to have our Panasonic reverse cycle unit also serviced.
The results were just as impressive, as was the conscientious and respectful attitude of the Sanitair technician, Chris.

I had all our A/Cs given the full treatment by Sanitair, very clean and thorough. Does not compare to your average service and clean. Couldn't believe how dirty they were!

I was after someone to clean my Air conditioners as they were looking a little grubby, what I didn't know was just how dirty and unhealthy they actually were. Sanitair did a fantastic job and I was very impressed. Not only with the job they did, but the way they presented themselves, very polite and helpful serviceman, and a very good cleaning set up. I would have them call again, and recommend them to all.

I recently used the services of Sanitair for all of our office air conditioners. Jim was very professional, punctual and efficient.
He completed the job within the timeframe as promised and also cleaned the area with meticulous care.

Unbelievable experience, from the first point of contact Todd from Sanitair Townsville was truly professional and with a 12 month warranty on the mould not returning to my air conditioner I couldn't believe my luck.
Todd arrived dressed professionaly with a huge smile and lots of information, my air conditioners were left like brand new and you wouldn't know he had even been there cleaning with the way everything was left.
