      When do I need House Re-blocking

      House Reblocking is where the old and rotten stumps are replaced with concrete stumps. It is usually the first step when commencing house renovations. Hints that your house may need reblocking is cracks in the plasterwork, windows and doors that do not close properly or a dip in your floor levels. All sub floor timber is checked and replaced if rotten. Reblocking your house will ensure your foundations are safe, solid and level. All work is guaranteed and council permits obtained.

      Great service, fair price, highly recommended.

      Called up and Chris came out on the same day, gave a quote that was less by a factor of 10 compared to another company. Had the stumps put in within a few days. Great job. Also gave me good advice on overall maintenance and repair. Highly recommended. A fair and honest tradie!
