Appalling customer service. My husband was there to choose a bunch of flowers on my behalf but was told he was taking too long to choose and that he "should've been better organised" despite there still being 15 minutes until the advertised closing time of 5pm.
Completely fine and more than happy we didn't hand over any money, he went somewhere else and got a lovely bunch made by someone who was happy to help him.
Will certainly never return, nor recommend.
It's easy to provide a product, but customer service makes the difference.

Was shopping here today and the owner was in such a dreadful mood and outwardly rude that i will never return. Appalling that you think treating clients so rudely is acceptable. At no time was i rude to you!
