I attempt to obtain my news agency needs at the next suburb. Among my circle of friends the feeling is mutual. If it wasn’t a necessity business at times I feel sure they would have long gone out of business. Every service, one is left feeling they have done you a favour by serving you. Once I would have spent least $100 a week there, now the next suburb gets that due to above stated opinion. It also appears systemic, all staff are the same.
