Aramex Wollongong

Parcel contains highly perishable item! moved swiftly until moving from Sydney to Wollongong facility, roughly an hours drive, however has been ‘in transit’ to Wollongong for 5 days, 4 of which being during working week.



I checked, I could have walked the parcel considerably faster.



Safe to say the contents of package are ruined now, and no doubt once it gets to Wollongong it will sit here for 3 days anyways!



I’d much rather it just be sitting at a warehouse, as customer support has just told me it’s not able to be placed until scanned in someplace again



Hire me for regional manager, it doesn’t take a genius.

Worst tracking updates… showed left Sydney depot and heading to Wollongong depot for two days then when I call to ask if I can pick it up from either depot I was told it’s not possible because it’s showing it’s in transit! Last I checked it doesn’t take over 2 days to go from chullora to Wollongong! Hopeless!

The delivery has apparently been sitting at their depot for over nine days, tried calling them phone disconnected, unbelievable

I have been waiting since the 10 July for rny delivery and cannot get an answer when it will be delivered This company does not have any concern about peoples property being delivered. It is only coming from Wollongong NSW to Goulburn Nsw

I'm really pleased with my recent deliveries with Aramex. They have been delivered in a safe and timely manner. I really hope that they have lifted there game and listened to there customers.

My dog food delivery was supposed to arrive on Thursday 27th - it didn't!

Then July 1st was cited for delivery - still not here - I rang Aramex and they informed me it was "sitting in the Warehouse and no movement noted" I have had to substitute food as we were getting very low.

No contact regarding delays or any other information - this is not a reliable service

I have had MANY run ins with this JOKE of a service! I hate them it’s ridiculous. Your parcel will be lost for weeks and do absolutely nothing about it to find it. You call and email and end up fighting with them and they send it back to the company you purchased it from through spite..

this is the 3rd time they will be reported to department of fair trading.

Takes weeks even months to get your delivery! I strongly suggest stop purchasing from people who use Aramex as their delivery option. They are atrocious!

Terrible service, zero customer service. Very slow delivery and still yet to receive any parcels 3 weeks later with the last update over two weeks ago. Will never buy something that uses this delivery service agan

This company is a joke, they cant even tell me where the parcel is after days of phone calls and when enquiring nicely they still hang up on you.
