I rented out a property with this company, and in that time I could not have asked for a better person to be in charge of my investment. I have heard throughout the years that a good property manager is worth their weight in gold, and to be truthful I had never experienced this with other agents I had engaged and thought this was just a thing that only happened to the lucky landlords, that is until I used IPH. Finally my house was treated with the respect it deserved and I knew I could count on them to look out for us. My parents also rent put houses through this company and continue to also sing their praises. We will never use anotber agent to take care of our hard earned money again!

We have been renting from this real estate for over 2 years, and they are fantastic. Repairs are done as quickly as possible. The rental team are always polite and respectful. I dread moving and having to deal with a different real estate.

I rented a place for a year through this agency. I never had any problems with them. When I required some repairs, they were quick to get onto the owner / repair persons. I got my entire bond back at the end of tenancy. Big thumbs up to these guys.

My partner and I rent through this agency and haven't had any problems, they have always been more than helpful and respectful; we ensure our rent is paid on time, and as we moved into a brand new property there have been a few issues, but our agent Tegan has been nothing more than helpful.

Its sad I have to give even one star to this company.....PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD don't rent from these people if you know what's good for you. We will see out our contract and then move on. I am sure even if we do everything right when the time comes to move out there will be issues with them and I'm not looking forward to next May for this regard. We have Always been great tenants never had any issues when inspections come around and never missed a rent payment. RENTERS beware. I do feel really sorry for the landlords and now understand why the house we moved into was a disgrace before we moved in as they are not interested in sorting out issues and don't disagree with her mother in the office otherwise your renting life will be made nightmare it becomes personal very fast. Lesson learned.

Worst company to get a rental property through. DO NOT GET A RENTAL PROPERTY THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Worst experiences ever with them!!
