I felt very happy with my reading. Deb provided me with valuable insights and reassured me with her caring nature.

I made my booking 8 days in advance, extremely excited to see the psychic Deb. However, when I arrived I was seated in the hallway, which was fine, but when it came to 10 minutes past my appointment time I was getting a bit uneasy. Then 15 minutes past my appointment time came and I was still waiting there. I decided to wait 25 minutes then thought this is ridiculous!

I walked to the doorway to see the shop attendant on her phone, not paying attention when I knocked on the door twice to remind her I was still waiting. She walked down the hallway to inform Deb I was still waiting 25 minutes after my booked time. Deb was a bit rude and had a strong attitude saying she does not recall making the appointment, and instead of the hour I booked for (which is $140) she offered me a half an hour session instead, but did not mention a drop in the price? I was shocked by her attitude and then disappointed when I pulled up the confirmation message from a week ago, she still had nothing to say. No apology, just a shrug of the shoulders, a sigh and went back into her closed room, not even a goodbye or let's reschedule.

I would understand if an earlier appointment ran late, but as the shop opens at 10am and my appointment was for 10am, one would think that I would been seen to straight away - especially paying so much for one hour.

I'm not sure what her readings are like as I decided to leave... but the customer service is not good at all. Based on her lack of empathy I would recommend shopping around and finding a nicer atmosphere.

I don't like to put a company down, however for the price and the disappointing service I received, I feel the public deserve to know and have a chance to reconsider/shop around.

Highly recommended. Very accurate. Really opened my eyes. Once a skeptic not so much anymore! A great experience.
