Gary needs to learn a bit of respect, hung up on me twice for no apparent reason, refused to help, terrible service !

13cabs didn’t turn up for a scheduled ride and Dandenong taxis were there in 10 mins. Wonderful as I had a plane to catch

Don't bother with them if it's not in business hours because Wally's night drivers feed you crap instead of picking you up.

Had two taxis so far, drivers were prompt, professional, efficient, friendly. The taxis were clean and the drivers well presented with their ID observable. No problem at all with this service

Dirty car inside, driver in grubby clothes, no photo ID on display, charged $2.50 to go one exit ramp on Eastlink - cost to him 50 cents. Paid by card & wasn't told until after payment there was 5% fee. Would never use them again nor recommend. Avoid this company.
