They did not clean properly, charged almost double the quote and the real estate had to get them back to clean it properly. They could not even clean a glass window properly. Even lied to a real estate who had the itemised statement claiming I had not paid for things to be cleaned even though statement showed I did. JUST DO NOT USE!! You will regret it like we did.

After paying $178 for them so shampoo one room including urine treatment from pets, for which the man spent 20 minutes on, the carpets wasn’t clean with urine still in the carpet. I messaged them to state this and they sent someone back out. The tech came back out and clean the carpet again, again spending under 25 minutes here. Again, leaving urine in the carpet. I emailed the office to advise the carpets were still not free of the urine and that brown liquid could be soaked up from the carpet in a towel. I requested the money back for the urine treatment only as this had clearly not been done. I had to chase them as I hadn’t heard back to which all they asked me was when I put the towel down. I replied then had to chase them again. They gave me some BS explanation to try to explain why brown getting on the towel was out of their control and that it is “wicking action”. When I replied that wasn’t good enough I never heard back. That was days ago. Would never recommend these people to anyone. Poor cleaning. Poor communication. Poor prices.

Gave a low cost quote and wanted almost double on the day of the cleaning. In the end had to pay several hundred extra for the non-guaranteed (none-bonded) cleaning and $150 in extra charges as the cleaning was not done well.

These guys are soooo bad....do not ever use them!! I was charged close to just under $1000 for a guaranteed bond clean, carpet and pest. They did the worst job ever and even when we asked them to come back to rectify the job they had done they were extremely rude and reluctant to do anything. The carpets and pest were not done at all as there were ants under the carpets in all of the bedrooms. My Mum turned up to collect something from the property that we were moving out from and the cleaners were sitting out the front having pizza!! Such a scam and a rip off.....beware do not ever use this company for a guaranteed bond refund because it won't happen....I got done for a cleaning bill for cleaning the windows on the outside which was not explained to me when I called to book them in.

The cleaners I used to clean the house we have just bought and moved in to charged me $400 for a full clean and it was 1000 times better then Aim Property Solutions. I should have read the reviews but was in such a hurry as we all are to pack, move and arrange everything else....you would think you could trust a " Guaranteed Bond Refund" but Buyer beware not with this company!!!

Very poor service,wasted my time and money by hiring them ,i had to call them to go back and clean properly another day but still wasnt good enough so I did clean the walls and floor myself after their second visit.

I booked a full bond clean for today, they were supposed to ring me when on their way which they didn't, lucky i had left a back door unlocked. then they rang me to charge me an extra $200 for the cleaning of the house which they considered not in good condition, trust me it is, plus another $50 to clean the microwave and the dishwasher, plus $50 per blind. So their "professional" cleaners can't do a bond clean in 8hours, this is a joke! I haven't seen the carpets yet but expecting the worst! and obviously because I refused to pay extra they are not guaranteeing their work, no surprise here but from reading other reviews I guess it wouldn't matter anyway! Highly disappointed for loosing my time and money on a business doing false advertising and dishonest.

This company is a joke. The “full bond clean” was not satisfactory on the first or second attempt. Also, their cleaner used a chemical that stripped paint off the roof, and would not accept responsibility. I had to get 3rd party painters in to repair their damage. 4 months later I still have not received any compensation. Do NOT use this company. I wish I had read these reviews before engaging their “services”.

The place is a complete rip off! I had to get the cleaners back twice because the smallest of things were not cleaned properly. Once they came back I got quoted an extra $250 on top of what I had already paid to do some extra work that they said 'wasn't covered initially'. Be careful with what they tell you over the phone to what they write in the actual quote!



One of their staff was also ill on the day they were meant to come and clean which meant that I got charged extra rent due to them being one day late. I ended up with a 3 day rental charge as they had to come on a Saturday and I could not return the keys until the Monday.



They had absolutely no sympathy for us at all, were not sorry and did not provide any refund, however were quite happy with charging me more.



They caused an absolute world of stress for myself and my partner by not completing things correctly in the first place. The carpets were also still dirty.

This is NOT a bond clean. I could have cleaned it better myself!

All the items they said they would do they either did them badly or not at all. On the second attempt they showed a bad attitude to the agent and walked off the job refused to come back. I will get someone back who knows what they are doing. Unprofessional did not use a ladder to clean the fan just pushed it to the side to try and clean.



I am not concerned about cost. It was time and it is something I do not have.



Our mistake for paying first, live and learn. I should have read the reviews shocking stories on all sites. Maybe they have a couple of good employees but overall hopeless.

We hired them to do an entire bond cleaning last month. Not only the first cleaning was done poorly, the second cleaning didn't meet the necessary quality as well and we didn't get a part of our bond. Although we did tell about this to your customer service email, we didn't hear anything back. Not only that we had to replace a light bulb which was broken by your cleaners our selves. Hope an admin at aim property solutions really get to see this and pride themselves in their service
