Price Attack

I had an appointment at this store and was unfortunately 10mins late which I apologised for on arrival. Once seated the Hairdresser that I was appointed was nothing but attitude, and when i stated that if my hair could be dried and straightened, but I understood if this was not possible as I was late, the hairdresser so rudely reiterated that I was late and that she has further appointments and walked off. She came back with a quote with the added amount for straightening, to which, given her attitude I declined. She then made a remark under her breath and walked away around a corner to only emerge seconds later to demand 'can you come here to the basin'.
Whilst at the basin, the water used was chillingly cold that it gave me goosebumps and a further comment, 'I'm sorry if I'm being to rough" was made. As opposed to 'Is this too rough?" meaning it didn't matter if it was or not. Also washed the majority of my forehead and sides of my face with cold water and sent water into my ears. The most horrid hair washing.
I do wish to mention that I stated in the consolation prior to having my hair washed and treated that I would like to have the below out of my hair cut:
-dry and split ends all cut;
-layers kept;
-length kept and;
-and some framing around my face.
I had mentioned that my last hair cut was 5 months prior and I was left with choppy layers and a cut prior was given a one length cut that I did not want either.
The result i am left with now is:
-a bumpy, uneven line at the back bottom of my hair;
-uneven layers from one side of my head to the other;
-framing around my face that does not blend into to the other lengths of hair
-long inconsistent layers and
-existing split ends that where not cut as requested.

Overall a horrible experience. On paying for my appointment my card was snatched from my hand when providing payment for a service which I was appalled at.
