Left with dark patches and DENTS which is permanent defects in my skin for hair removal in upper lip and chin area. She claims this is normal reaction and it will go away over time, but we know that laser burns are NOT normal reaction even though it will heal over long period of time.



Not experienced with brown skin, used extremely high settings and was extremely painful. Evidence of this is I had to cool my face down for 1.5 hours afterwards and lots of facial scabbing.



I've seen another electrologist and confirmed that I have been overtreated by this practitioner and it was very unprofessional for her to have continued when I was under so much pain. She did not respect the integrity of my skin.



Do your research and seek an experienced electrologist and don't risk your skin for cheap prices.
