Great staff. Good doctors. Often on time with appointments. Reasonable fees.

Polite staff, when my doctor was not available, it was suggested I could seen a other

doctor in the practice, the doctor was ever so helpful.

They had all my files from visits from years ago, answered my questions about referrals to specialists and were very efficient at the front desk whilst being professional and welcoming. Would make my regular practice if I moved back to Hervey Bay.

The staff and my GP at this practice have always been very helpful and caring. When my child was sick recently , we were seen the same day , and sorted out , no problems. The follow up phone call the next day from the nurse was just great. For myself, my GP has been helpful and explains things in ways I can understand. I would highly recommend this practice to anybody.

If you want to possibly encounter one of the rudest receptionists you will ever come across in a Family Health Practice, then come to Bayswater Family Practice which also houses the most impatient, inconsiderate and unprofessional Doctor i have ever had the utter misfortune to encounter whilst desperately seeking urgent emergency treatment for my child.
I will never attend this Practice again which is a shame as there are some lovely, caring, professional people there.
