Worst experience won't be back. Booked a full log book service and wheel alignment, car was damaged in their car park which they took no responsibility for. It was handed back with a large white paint scrape on the bumper and side mirror.
Also they did not check spare tyre as I had a tarp, beach towel and empty shopping bag in the boot and apparently they don't move personal belongings. They did not put this in the notes and it was only after enquiring later I discovered they had not checked it.
My car has been serviced every 10k since new and this was the first time I tried MyCar. I will never be back and will not trust them with my car ever again.
