Bit disappointed. Installed September 2013, connected mid October 2013. Saved $285 on first bill ($349) issued January 2014, saved $210 on second bill ($354) issued April 2014 and $91 on third bill ($353) issued July 2014. System has been switched off since mid May because of recall for faulty isolator switch. So at time of this review has not been functioning for over 2 months. Received an email stating that switch could be replaced at next clean/maintenance of the system if I signed up. Maintenance is yearly affair which in my case would be due around September/October 2014. Does this mean I'm unable to use my set up till then, costing me over $200 each quarter. From the tone of the email, it would appear that isolator switches are available for replacement. My emails have so far been unanswered. NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!
