I spent $800 on tyres, an additional $3200 on other work including a roadworthy. Immediately after collecting my vehicle I noticed the car was bumping all over the road and steering wheel was shaking at high speed. I informed Justin, who was dismissive and treated me like a woman who couldn’t possibly have any idea, he assured me the tyres had been balanced correctly without even looking and told be to bring the car back in a few days when he had time. When I dropped it off to be looked at another team member informed me there was definitely an issue with all four of the tyres and the problem was visible when in the hoist. This team member advised they had spoken to the manufacturer and 4 new tyres were being delivered. When I dropped my car back Justin was working and again I was treated like an inconvenience despite his incompetence being the cause of me having to bring the car back in. Later I received a call from Justin to collect my car, I asked if new tyres had corrected the issue and I was informed he fixed the problem and didn’t replace the tyre's. Immediately after pulling out I knew something was wrong as it felt like I had lost my power steering. If you want to throw $800 away on tyres and be treated like rubbish this is the place to do it! I will be following this up through the appropriate channels.

Terrible service, ended up going to another mechanic after Justin stuffed up my car.

Could not be happier with the service, I broke down conveniently very close to the repair shop, the staff especially Kev were nothing but kind,He even let me wait in there office and fixed the problem very swiftly, the part that needed to be ordered was at the door in 10 minutes! They are just a friendly yet professional bunch of men who know exactly what they are doing and do not leave you out of the loop as to what it might cost or what the problem is. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Will certainly be my new go to mechanic!
