Hidden fees stung me with this company. was with them for years and i wanted to change to an address that they didn't supply to and whacked a $800 early termination charge automatically to my card without telling me. If i had known i would've seen out my contract that only had a few months left as this would have been much cheaper. Will never use them again

Been speaking to the same staff for years who understand that I may not be the most computer literate person but still point me in the right direction every time. I am now on NBN and couldn't be happier. The kids love to watch their netflix animations and I occasionally dabble in some old classics. Thanks again for your service over the years and the seamless transition from phone line internet to NBN.

These guys provide the fastest, most stable and affordable internet service on the Gold Coast. Or wherever else they do it. And when you ring them, you get to talk to a person who talks to you like you're a person too! Wouldn't be without it!

Better offers for less price and same speed with other providers. Poor customer service when we called regarding excess charges and promising a call back which was never received. Would rather deal with Telstra....and that's saying something!
