Majestic Hand Car Wash

Today, I took my SUV to this car wash for their premium service, expecting a thorough cleaning inside and out, but what I received was far from acceptable. The interior had visible dust and dirt that hadn’t been touched, let alone properly vacuumed. Disappointed, I returned to address these concerns with the staff, hoping for a quick fix. Unfortunately, the response I received was nothing short of shocking.



The owner, instead of listening to my concerns, became verbally aggressive and even swore at me in his own language. While it’s true that I raised my voice out of frustration, I did so only after realizing that the service I paid for was not delivered. His reaction, however, was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than taking any responsibility, he dismissed my feedback and resorted to inappropriate language, which was both insulting and appalling.



To make matters worse, when I pointed out the unclean areas, he grabbed a dirty, wet cloth he was already using and began wiping the seats, further spreading grime instead of cleaning. The lack of basic customer service and disregard for cleanliness was disappointing, especially from a business that markets itself as a "premium" service provider.



I would strongly advise against visiting this place. Save yourself the frustration, and look for a car wash that values quality service and treats its customers with respect.
