Very rude customer service. The receptionist EVA is very rude. Don’t know how to talk with customers and older patients. Please learn some manners .

I have just visited this clinic and wasn’t happy with the customer service

He seems to be unprofessional and untrustworthy to a patient. I never had to pay upfront fees to any clinic including this one and I refused to and have cancelled appointment

very professional doctor Ansari, listened well to my problems and we agreed on a management plan, waiting get my results and to find answers to my chronic health concerns. Also, let me advise people who write nagative childish immature comments about this clinic and doctors, you guys dont deserve health attention at all. you guys better treat your problems with traditional home made remedies. These clinics are for decent educated people, not like you to give -ve reviews because u dont get what u want. If I was the doctor, the owner of the clinic would have blacklisted u all and refused to see u in this clinic at all. I wonder how patient and sober these professionals are to accept seeing u or ur family members next time. I admire them, this is how medical professionals are. They treat u guys like sick-minded insane patients.

I don’t know how these people get their degrees or certificates to become a g.p or doctor? I had an appointment with dr hussein or hussan.. i was rudely spoken to and kept on getting cut off when ever i tried to explain my circumstances but this gp “dr” hussein or hussan what ever he is kept on rudely cutting me off and eventually hung up on me. Today i am going to move medical centres and never going back. This is my second bad review im leaving as i have experienced many bad experiences in the past but does not seem to get looked into. I am a client that needs help for my son and this hanson medical centre never wants to help me. Very upset. I will be looking into higher powers of this med centre or even the medical department of vic to solve this issue.

Refrain from consulting Vajna Rafeek as she is appalling, rude and Blatanly unprofessional.

Dr Melissa is the best doctor i have come across. She is so humble and understanding and takes her time to examine you. Overall, the medical centre is extremely professional and organised.

Dr takes time needed to properly examine and assess your individual needs, results of examination are discussed with you to help you leave fully satisfied with the solution or treatment you have been provided.

Reception offers a welcoming environment upon arrival and always do their best.
