Never in my life did I think a business couldn't live up to a one star review and yet here we are. This company may look like a good option for using as a body Corp at the start due to its low prices however the amount you will be out of pocket for simply choosing to go with them in the long run is astronomical.

I haven’t ever dealt with a company as unprofessional, rude and corrupt as this.



To give you an idea of the type of fraudulent company this is, we paid fully ourselves for new fences that shared the common ground.. yet they then sent us a bill for us to pay half of it.

They hadn’t paid a single cent towards the fence we had paid 100% and then they tried to charge us another 50%.

It is this type of corruption that is repeated at every turn.



When I confronted Annette and Helen they were extremely unprofessional, rude and consistently lied.

They don’t answer calls unless you call from an unknown number, when you confront them in person they brush you aside and lie about finances to your face.



They send random extra bills that they require you to pay where they don’t provide the service.

On multiple occasions I was home when the ‘gutter cleaning’ was done and then we were sent a bill for it.

Mind you I was home and they would go up on the roof, throw a bit of gutter debris into your garden for 2 minutes then climb down.



They charged us extra for gardening where they had one of their subcontracters come and mow the lawn then use our green waste bins that we pay rates on, fill them completely leaving us no room for our own waste.

These are just two examples of an extremely long list that I won’t venture into as we finally got out of them months ago and it still makes me so angry



They will lure you in with their ‘low’ prices however they will charge you incredibly high prices for every single ‘service’ they ‘provide’.



If you are stuck with Wal Jones, there is a way out of their scam.

They are going to make it difficult and charge you for every little thing but don’t let them get away with it!

Push through and you will make it out. Find a new body corp and they will be able to help you navigate how to escape them.

They will likely say you have to pay to view your contract (sounds illegal but that’s what they do) but it’s worth it to get out.

Our block of units paid thousands a year to Wal Jones, we never got anything and yet when we changed there was no money left in the kitty.

I can guarantee there should have been a lot in there and somehow it was nowhere to be found and their systems were apparently hacked so they couldn’t show us receipts.

We also hadn’t had a body corp meeting in years, again how they are still running is beyond me.



Work together as a block of units and get out of this bear trap as soon as you can!

The ABC 7.30 report are asking for people to give opinion on Body Corporations management they use,please email them as they are doing investigation on dodgy ones..maybe we can end this ruthless behaviour..google ABC 7.30 report and that will have the contact email...lets do this ,name and shame publicly...and hopefully we can change the law....

Unfortunately I didn't see the reviews before giving them the contract on a new development. Dodgy accounting with interest charged on invoices two weeks before the due date. Gardener who never showed up but was charged for. Complete lack of response to communications. Fortunately, we are a small number of units and have terminated the services. Now we have issues to get the OC funds back (like quite a few who have had to take them to VCAT in the past). If after reading these reviews, you are still unfortunate to have them, I wish you luck.

Very bad to deal with. Rude people. Definitely not there to help their customers. Charged overdue fees, because received fees one day late. They go by when the money hits their account!. Don't return emails. Manager is always not available to talk to. Not sure how this company is still running. Glad to no longer have anything to do with them!

They work against their customers, they are scammers with very poor people skills and have unethical business practices. Sneaky people - read the reviews against them. They are good at excuses.

its a pleasure to do business with them in court, win every time :) they fail to follow the oc legislation. really should be out of business and definitely not competent OC managers.

We ask them to sort a problem out and nothing happens. They are very good at taking credit for doing nothing!

By far the worst business that I have ever had to deal with. Stay well clear here peeps!!!

I have never been dealt with in such a disgusting manner. I am a lot owner who has been pin pointed and targeted. I feel they are purposefully trying to make me lose my unit and I have never been treated in such a disgusting manner from a suposid company in all my life.. these people are like 12 year old girls playing hate games.

Never use this company. Rude. Arrogant. Dodgy charges. Dismissive. Never respond to clients. They live at vcat either taking owners to vcat or owners taking them to vcat.

Compulsive liars. ZERO STARS.
