Being busy professionals, we had fixed a time to have the holiday house cleaned about a month prior to the agreed upon date. I wanted to be there at the time of the clean. About 30mins prior to the time they were to arrive, we were informed that they would be 2 hours late. He suggested I postpone or cancel a prior important apt, if we wanted to have the holiday home cleaned. He was rude to the point that prompted me to leave this feedback and cancel the appointment.
